lyrics
Every day I wonder, where are you now
Suffocate to close an other mind
Down my knees I pray, to survive another day
When you put your will on me, crawling back into insanity
Come here my child, the pain is gone
Hear my voice, I’ll guide you through
Rise, I will make you rise
Pain, salvation feels near
There is no light at the end of days
All the pain, the pain is here to stay
Bow, bow
Angels dance to celebrate the holocaust, through my head
Demons rise
Justice from the heart
This is the life I live
This is the life I give
The angels dance to celebrate the holocaust, through my head
The king lead the blind, we follow him, mindless to the grave
The king is dead long live the queen, to whom are you going to pray
When I’m down on my knees, dead, who are you to save
Who are you to wreck me down, when I’m on my knees
There is no hope so bury me, salvation is near
The king is dead long live the queen, to whom are you going to pray
There is no hope when you’re on the throne, I’m down on my knees
There is no light, I give you life
The atmosphere of this album is fantastic. Makes you feel like you're knee-deep in the trenches drenched in mud, filth, sweat, and blood. Truly encapsulates the horrors of World War I, and the fact that the lyrics of some of the songs are taken from old war letters really adds to the authenticity.
